Singles Beaches Guide for Melbourne

Last revised: 4 April 2024

Summary:

- Some beaches are full of singles, find out which ones (Ages: 18-45)
Emphasis on LOOKS: High. Emphasis on QUALITIES: Low. Looking for LONG TERM: Some. Looking for FLING: Some.

We don't really need a page for this. Let's face it, St Kilda beach is where Melbourne singles flock, but there are other places. Mordialloc beach, Frankston beach, or whichever surf beach the surfers are at are worth a look too. We recently discovered that Portsea Beach is a good one too.

Most of our thoughts are in the summary above. Of course, if you head towards Phillip Island, Lorne, Sorrento and other popular holiday spots after Christmas, you'll find plenty of singles there too. Even places like Venus Bay, Inverloch, Wilson's Prom, Bells, Torquay, Ocean Grove, etc.
